That is awesome Tracey! Congrats! There is nothing like going into that “zone”…it’s the best feeling! The “runners high” you get after is pretty good as well! My drug of choice! Keep “rippin it”!!! Looking forward to going for a run with you sometime! BTW…love this blog/vlog! …and running on the treadmill is mentally harder than running outside 😉
Thanks Manon 🙂 When I think of how far I’ve come since the 10km race two Mays ago I can’t believe it! And when I run I always think of you when you were on the side of the road cheering me on 🙂
When I come back to town in April we should go for a run for sure! That way I’ll get all caught up and hear about your amazing trip 🙂
I agree, you do have to have a strong mental game to run on a treadmill! This will be my new rebuttal to Conrad when he makes fun of my running. Thanks 🙂
Hi Tracey!!
I heard about your blog through Manon!! I love it 🙂 I agree with Manon – TM running is 10 times harder on the mind! Best of luck with your training! Off to bed now…my alarm is set for my morning run (hopefully I won’t press snooze again…)

Wow!! what a feeling– keep up the hard work. Not easy– that self reflection, but you are doing it. You are looking really healthy and that must be the “zone” working for u. love u

KAT! Congratulations! How did everything go? Was it wonderful? Knowing you and your planning skills, I’m sure it was 🙂
Thanks for following me on my blog – that’s awesome.
And knowing that you and Manon (both real runners) think that the treadmill is mentally harder than the road makes me happy 🙂
I hope you had a great run this morning 🙂
Chat soon,
