Monday: Power Walk/Sprinting with Wayne and Workout at St. Catharines Amateur Boxing Club

Tuesday: “MUSHIN” with Wayne and Workout at St. Catharines Amateur Boxing Club

Wednesday: DAY OFF

Thursday: DAY OFF

Friday: One Hour of Intense Cardio (Jacob’s Ladder, “Skate” Machine and Treadmill)

Saturday: 5 km run

Sunday: DAY OFF

Monday: DAY OFF

Tuesday: Workout at St. Catharines Amateur Boxing Club

Wednesday: “MUSHIN” with Wayne

Thursday: Workout at St. Catharines Amateur Boxing Club

Friday: Power Walk/Sprinting with Wayne and “MUSHIN” with Wayne

Saturday: 5 km run and AB work

Sunday: Workout at St. Catharines Amateur Boxing Club and 5 km run

Black Bean-a-licious! This was a typical meal for me this week: black beans, grape tomatoes, yellow peppers, avocado, chili pepper flakes and green salsa.

 
 

I managed to get my make-up on. I definitely can't multitask!
