Today I went video crazy and attempted to document some of the key points of my workout — below are snippets from my pre-workout rage brought on by my inability to say what’s really on my mind, 4 of the 5 three minute rounds that Wayne and I did on the heavy bags, and a pic of me after completing a 5 km run.

At the Club, Wayne and I did 5 three minute rounds of each of the following: skipping, shadow boxing, heavy bag work and technical sparring.

The rage was gone for sure! I worked out so hard on Sunday that I’m still feeling tired today! 🙂
