    I totally get it when you talk about ” mental garbage piling up” when you don’t workout! Training keeps me mentally sane!

    You definitely made the right decision not to fight while your foot is healing! 🙂

    That cup of coffee is huge!!!! Love it!

      Thanks Manon, I was feeling a bit guilty about not sparring, but in the end I know I would have injured myself further. Not worth it all! My foot has been so much better this week and I’m keeping my fingers crossed that it’s finally on the mend 🙂

      Isn’t that coffee cup awesome?!

      How are you? You’ve been running some really long distances lately. Are you in a big race this summer/fall?

        I’m running a marathon (42.2K) in two weeks! Holly crap! Lol! It’s a very small marathon in Northern Ontario (near my hometown of Elliot Lake). My parents will be cheering me on so that’ll be nice :). Like you, I’ve been training like a mad woman!

        Glad to hear your foot is healing well! Injuries make you appreciate being healthy and able to workout 😉

        Keep up the awesome work! You’re a source of inspiration!!!
