I totally get it when you talk about ” mental garbage piling up” when you don’t workout! Training keeps me mentally sane!

Thanks Manon, I was feeling a bit guilty about not sparring, but in the end I know I would have injured myself further. Not worth it all! My foot has been so much better this week and I’m keeping my fingers crossed that it’s finally on the mend 🙂

I’m running a marathon (42.2K) in two weeks! Holly crap! Lol! It’s a very small marathon in Northern Ontario (near my hometown of Elliot Lake). My parents will be cheering me on so that’ll be nice :). Like you, I’ve been training like a mad woman!
